1. Scope and relationship to other policies

This Privacy Policy applies specifically to LEADER AD FOCUS for Android, package name site.leaderad.focus, including updates and future releases that continue to use the data practices described in this Policy.

LEADER AD FOCUS is a productivity and focus-timer application whose core functionality is designed to operate locally on the user's Android device.

This Policy governs information processed by or specifically through LEADER AD FOCUS. It does not automatically apply to separate LEADER AD products, the LEADER AD website, third-party services, or external websites opened by the user.

If a user intentionally opens an external link from the app, the destination website or third-party service is accessed outside the app through the device browser or another compatible application. Processing by that destination is governed by its own privacy terms.

Visits to LEADERAD.site, website accounts, purchases, downloads, support forms, and other direct interactions with LEADER AD's website remain subject to the applicable LEADER AD Website Privacy Policy or other relevant product-specific privacy notice.

2. Who is responsible and how to contact us

For processing under LEADER AD's control and covered by this Policy, the responsible business is LEADER AD.

Privacy contact: [email protected]
Website: LEADERAD.site
Privacy Center: LEADERAD.site/privacy/

Users should provide only information reasonably necessary when contacting LEADER AD and should not send passwords, authentication credentials, payment-card information, secret keys, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary support channels.

3. How LEADER AD FOCUS works

LEADER AD FOCUS is designed as an offline-first productivity application. Its core features, including focus timers, break timers, tasks, daily goals, productivity history, preferences, session sounds, and optional focus audio, operate locally on the Android device.

The application does not require a LEADER AD account or user login.

The app does not include LEADER AD cloud synchronization, Firebase Analytics, advertising SDKs, marketing trackers, behavioral profiling SDKs, or third-party advertising.

The application does not request the Android INTERNET permission for its described functionality and therefore does not transmit app-created tasks, focus-session history, timer state, goals, or preferences to LEADER AD.

Sounds and focus-audio resources supplied with the app are stored locally with the application and played on the user's device.

4. Information processed

LEADER AD FOCUS processes only information reasonably necessary to provide the features used or configured by the user.

Category Examples How it is handled
Tasks Task titles, task completion state, creation information, and selected task. Stored locally within the app's private storage on the Android device.
Focus sessions Session history, configured duration, completion information, timer mode, timer state, and remaining time. Stored locally to operate the timer and display productivity history and statistics.
Goals and timer preferences Focus duration, break duration, long-break configuration, daily goals, and other timer settings. Stored locally and controlled by the user.
Appearance and language Theme and language preferences. Stored locally using application or Android-supported preference storage.
Notification and audio preferences Notification preference, vibration preference, session sounds, focus-audio selection, and volume preference. Stored locally and used only to provide the selected application experience.
Google Play and Android platform information Installation, update, compatibility, security, crash, app-quality, or diagnostic information that Google may independently process. Processed independently by Google or Android under their applicable terms and privacy practices.

If a user voluntarily enters personal or sensitive information into a task title or another free-text field, that content becomes part of the user's locally stored application data. LEADER AD FOCUS does not transmit that content to LEADER AD.

5. How information is obtained

Information processed by LEADER AD FOCUS originates from:

  • tasks, settings, preferences, and other entries intentionally created by the user inside the application;
  • timer, session, goal, and productivity state generated locally through use of the application;
  • Android system permissions and controls selected by the user; and
  • Google Play or Android activity independently processed by Google for distribution, installation, updates, compatibility, security, and diagnostics.

LEADER AD FOCUS does not use third-party data brokers, advertising networks, or marketing databases to enrich user profiles or obtain additional personal information.

6. Purposes and legal bases

Locally processed information is used only as reasonably necessary to provide application functionality, including to:

  • create, organize, update, and complete tasks;
  • operate focus, short-break, and long-break timers;
  • preserve timer state where supported;
  • calculate and display local focus history and productivity statistics;
  • show progress toward daily goals;
  • remember timer, appearance, language, notification, vibration, sound, focus-audio, and volume preferences;
  • provide local sounds, vibration, or notifications when enabled; and
  • support application installation and updates through Google Play or another authorized distribution mechanism.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, on-device processing is performed to provide functionality intentionally requested by the user. Optional permissions and Android-controlled features remain subject to the user's choices and operating-system controls.

Information voluntarily provided directly to LEADER AD outside LEADER AD FOCUS, such as through support email, a website form, a purchase, or another LEADER AD service, is processed separately according to the privacy terms and legal basis applicable to that interaction.

7. Information and access not required

LEADER AD FOCUS is intentionally designed so that its core productivity functionality does not require LEADER AD to collect the user's local application data.

The app does not require or request:

  • a name, email address, username, password, telephone number, profile, or LEADER AD cloud account;
  • precise or approximate location;
  • contacts, call logs, or SMS messages;
  • camera access;
  • microphone access;
  • broad access to photos, media, or unrelated device files;
  • payment-card information;
  • an advertising identifier for advertising or behavioral tracking;
  • cross-app behavioral tracking;
  • Firebase Analytics or equivalent analytics services;
  • a marketing or advertising profile; or
  • transmission of local tasks, focus-session history, goals, timer state, or application preferences to LEADER AD.

8. Android permissions

LEADER AD FOCUS is designed to request only Android functionality reasonably necessary for optional application features.

Notifications

The application may use Android notification functionality to notify the user when a focus or break session is completed. Where Android requires notification permission, the user may grant or deny it and may later change the choice through Android settings.

Vibration

LEADER AD FOCUS may use device vibration to provide a brief tactile timer alert when vibration is enabled.

Notification and vibration functionality is not used to collect personal information.

The application does not request the Android INTERNET permission for its described functionality and does not request camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, telephone, location, or broad storage permissions.

9. Google Play and external links

Google Play and Android

If LEADER AD FOCUS is distributed, installed, updated, or managed through Google Play, Google may independently process information associated with the user's Google account, device, application installation, updates, compatibility, security, app quality, crashes, application-not-responding events, or diagnostics according to Google's terms, privacy practices, device settings, and user choices.

Such processing is performed independently by Google or the Android platform and is separate from the local productivity data processed by LEADER AD FOCUS.

External links

LEADER AD FOCUS may contain links to LEADER AD resources, including the LEADER AD website, product information, About pages, support resources, and privacy information.

When a user intentionally opens an external link, Android may open the user's web browser or another compatible application. The destination may receive ordinary browser, device, or network information according to its own privacy practices.

Activity on LEADER AD's website is governed separately by the applicable LEADER AD Website Privacy Policy.

10. Sharing and third-party processing

LEADER AD FOCUS does not sell, rent, monetize, or transmit locally stored tasks, focus-session history, timer state, goals, or application preferences to LEADER AD, advertisers, analytics companies, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

Android and Google Play may independently process app-store, device, installation, update, security, and diagnostic information according to Google's own terms and privacy practices.

If a user intentionally opens an external link from the application, the destination service and the user's browser may independently process information according to their own privacy practices.

Users may also independently copy, screenshot, export, disclose, or otherwise share information using functionality available on their device. Such user-directed activity is not routine collection or sharing performed by LEADER AD FOCUS.

Because LEADER AD does not receive LEADER AD FOCUS's locally stored productivity database, LEADER AD cannot disclose local data that it does not possess.

11. International processing and transfers

LEADER AD FOCUS does not transmit the user's locally stored tasks, focus-session history, timer state, goals, or application preferences to LEADER AD servers. Accordingly, LEADER AD FOCUS does not itself perform international transfers of those locally stored productivity data.

Google Play, Android, external websites, and other independently accessed services may process information in countries other than the user's country under their own privacy practices and legal arrangements.

Information voluntarily provided directly to LEADER AD outside the application is governed by the privacy policy and legal framework applicable to that separate interaction.

12. Retention and deletion

LEADER AD FOCUS stores its functional productivity information locally on the user's device for as long as it remains necessary for the user's use of the application or until the user removes it.

LEADER AD does not maintain a remote LEADER AD FOCUS user-account database containing the user's locally stored tasks, focus-session history, timer state, goals, or preferences.

  • local application information remains on the device until removed through available app controls, Android storage controls, application uninstallation, or normal operating-system behavior;
  • LEADER AD FOCUS is configured to prevent its app-private productivity data from being included in normal Android application backup or device-transfer mechanisms where the relevant Android functionality honors that configuration;
  • information independently processed by Google Play or Android follows Google's applicable retention practices; and
  • LEADER AD does not maintain a cloud backup of the user's LEADER AD FOCUS productivity database.

Because LEADER AD does not maintain a remote copy of this local productivity information, LEADER AD generally cannot restore it after it has been deleted from the user's device.

13. Security

LEADER AD FOCUS is designed to minimize unnecessary data exposure by keeping its productivity information within Android app-private storage and avoiding unnecessary network access, user accounts, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, and sensitive permissions.

The application is developed using security-conscious Android configuration, dependency, build, and update practices appropriate to its functionality.

No software, device, operating system, transmission method, or storage mechanism can be guaranteed to be completely secure. The protection of locally stored information also depends on the security and integrity of the user's Android device.

14. User controls

Users retain direct control over LEADER AD FOCUS's locally stored information and optional functionality.

  • create, edit, complete, and delete tasks using available app controls;
  • manage locally stored focus history where supported;
  • change focus, break, and daily-goal preferences;
  • change theme and language preferences;
  • enable, disable, select, or adjust supported sounds and focus audio;
  • enable or disable vibration where supported;
  • grant, deny, or revoke notification permission through Android controls;
  • use available in-app deletion controls;
  • clear LEADER AD FOCUS application storage through Android settings; and
  • uninstall the application to remove its private local application data, subject to normal Android behavior.

Google Play and Android information processed independently by Google must be controlled through the applicable Google account, Google Play, or Android system settings.

15. Privacy rights and requests

Depending on the user's location and applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning personal information actually held by LEADER AD, including rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent where those rights apply.

LEADER AD FOCUS does not provide LEADER AD with remote access to the user's local productivity database. LEADER AD therefore ordinarily cannot remotely inspect, retrieve, correct, export, restore, or delete tasks, session history, goals, timer state, or preferences that exist only on the user's device.

Users exercise direct control over local LEADER AD FOCUS information using the application and Android device controls.

Where LEADER AD separately holds information received through support communications, a website interaction, a purchase, or another LEADER AD service, applicable privacy rights concerning that information are governed by the privacy terms for that separate service and applicable law.

Requests concerning personal information actually held by LEADER AD may be sent to [email protected] or through the LEADER AD contact page.

16. Children's privacy

LEADER AD FOCUS is a general-purpose productivity application. It does not require account creation, request a user's age, display third-party advertising, or transmit locally stored task or focus information to LEADER AD.

The application's core functionality is not designed to request personal or sensitive information from children.

Parents and guardians may use Android, Google Play, or other device supervision and parental-control functionality where appropriate.

External websites or services intentionally opened from LEADER AD FOCUS may have separate age requirements, terms, and privacy practices.

17. Automated functionality

Timers, reminders, session transitions, goals, and local productivity calculations operate automatically on the user's device according to the user's settings and actions.

LEADER AD FOCUS does not use this functionality to make legal, financial, employment, educational, credit, insurance, housing, or similarly significant decisions about a person.

18. Changes to this Policy

LEADER AD may update this Privacy Policy when necessary to reflect material application changes, new functionality, security improvements, platform changes, legal or regulatory developments, or changes to applicable Google Play requirements.

The Last Updated date at the beginning of this page identifies the most recent published revision.

This Policy is not tied to an individual LEADER AD FOCUS version number. Routine application updates that do not materially alter the privacy practices described here do not require the Policy to be rewritten solely because the application's version number changed.

If LEADER AD FOCUS later introduces functionality that materially changes what information is accessed, collected, transmitted, used, stored, retained, or shared, LEADER AD will update this Policy and applicable app-store disclosures as appropriate.
