This original LEADER AD pack includes a desk scene with monitor, keyboard, lamp, planter, and a separate office chair. The geometry is intentionally lightweight and easy to adapt.

Compatibility and important notes

OBJ and MTL are widely supported, but import settings, scale, normals, shading, and materials can vary between Blender, Cinema 4D, Maya, 3ds Max, game engines, and renderers. The pack uses simple material colors and does not include texture maps, UV artwork, rigs, animation, lighting setups, or rendering software.

Use the assets in personal and commercial end projects. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, or sharing of the source files as standalone assets is not permitted.
